fix(tests): compare seam panes only once their PTYs reach the laid-out grid

SessionHostSeamTests compared bare and host-mediated panes on a probe that ran at shell start, and the two shells can start on different grids: libghostty sizes a new surface before agterm sends the laid-out backing size, the host client freezes the PTY size before it connects and the daemon inherits it through forkpty, and the attach client forwards the resize only later. On CI the bare pane read 26 rows and the mediated one 34, so the equality failed on a timing artifact twice on master (runs 34727582238 and 34748803512).

the fixture now waits until ghostty_surface_size reports the laid-out pixel size, publishes that grid through SEAM_EXPECT, and the probe waits for stty size to match it before capturing. A probe that never sees the grid writes no marker, so a wrong size fails instead of matching another wrong one. Size stays in the equality, and both paths must reach the expected grid before capture.
