refactor(Rating)!: spell the read-only option `readonly` (#1263)

Rating was the only component in the library spelling the option `readOnly`.
The option key is derived from the data attribute, so that spelling published
`data-coreui-read-only` while every other field component answers to
`data-coreui-readonly` — two public attributes for one concept, with no bridge
between them. Both now agree with the HTML attribute, which is one word.

The `.readonly` class the component writes is unchanged. The React and Vue
props stay `readOnly`: that is how those frameworks spell the native attribute,
so the editions differ here on purpose.
