refactor(functions)!: map-slot() goes; map-get-nested() already did the job (#1253)

The two functions flattened a map of maps the same way, and map-get-nested()
does it with a guard: an entry without the key drops out instead of landing
in the result as null. map-slot() lost its last caller when the seven
$theme-colors-{slot} maps went, so what was left was a duplicate the docs
still pointed people at.

The Sass usage page documents map-get-nested() in its place and says when
to reach for theme-color-refs() instead; the migration guide's two calls
follow. The utility-generation example on the colour page stopped being
true when the palette became the theme colours — it merged two maps with
the same keys and promised a .text-purple that no longer exists — so it now
generates two stops of every palette colour plus a brand colour of its own.
