fix: return the too-few-records warning as a list (#116)

predict is annotated -> tuple[JobData, list[str]] and every other return path
returns a list; the under-ten-records early return gave back a bare string.

__main__ iterates the warnings it gets, so iterating a string yielded its
characters: 69 lines of stderr, one letter each, instead of one sentence.
