* refactor(builtin): name strict slices exact_view

* fix(builtin): retain view aliases used by regex lowering

Replace the raw string view wrappers with aliases of public raw_view methods. Keep these two aliases nondeprecated until compiler-generated lexmatch and lexscan calls migrate, so --deny-warn can pass without suppression. Migrate raw JSON and lexbuf callers and test UTF-16 boundaries.
