feat: set the body text size to 16 (#63)

The MAUI template ships 14 on every text control, which is Material's
caption size rather than its body size, and it reads small on a handset
held at arm's length. On this app that matters more than most: the
screen somebody reads is the one telling them a call needs answering,
and they are often reading it in a hurry.

16, and on Android that is 16sp: MAUI leaves FontAutoScalingEnabled on
by default for text controls, so this follows the font scale the
responder has set in their own settings rather than fighting it.

Named rather than repeated. It was ten literal 14s across the styles
file and ten places for the next change to miss one; it is now
BodyFontSize, in one place.

Ported from Link, deliberately identical.
