feat: put Hand's log on the terminal (#62)

There was no live log on a handset. The pipeline was a rolling file
plus WriteTo.Debug(), and the Debug sink reaches an attached debugger
and nothing else -- so an app launched by adb, which is every
deployment /kick makes, had no listener and left only the file.

Checked before writing this rather than assumed, because the note
recording how to read Hand's logs says its output arrives under the
app_process64 tag: Hand was running on a Pixel and its process log
held not one Serilog line. What arrives under that tag is the
runtime's own output, which is a different thing.

LogcatSink writes through Android.Util.Log under its own tag, so
`adb logcat -s Hand:V` is a live tail. Not the console sink, which
calls Console.set_ForegroundColor and throws on Android -- the comment
about that has been in MauiProgram since the app existed.

Debug builds also drop the minimum level to Debug, so the Log.Debug
lines already scattered through this app are visible to somebody
standing over the handset with a cable.

Ported from Link, deliberately identical. Both are Debug-only; the
file sink and Better Stack remain the record.
