feat: set the body text size to 16 (#34)

The MAUI template ships 14 on every text control, which is Material's
caption size rather than its body size, and it reads small on a handset
held at arm's length -- which is how a good deal of this is read.

16, and on Android that is 16sp: MAUI leaves FontAutoScalingEnabled on
by default for text controls, so this follows the font scale the member
has set in their own settings rather than fighting it.

Named rather than repeated. It was eleven literal 14s across the styles
file and eleven places for the next change to miss one; it is now
BodyFontSize, in one place.

Secondary goes 13 to 14 with it. It is the quiet size, one step below
the body -- at 13 against a body of 16 it would have become the odd
size out instead.

One casualty found on the handset: the recipient search placeholder no
longer fits at 16 and was truncating mid-word. Shortened to "Search
names and committees", which says the same thing.
