feat: receive push on the Apple heads

iOS and Mac Catalyst enrolled poll-only. The plumbing was half there —
the app could obtain an APNs device token — but Reach sends through FCM
and message.token needs an FCM registration token, a different
identifier that FCM rejects if given the wrong one. Nothing exchanged
one for the other, so PushRegistrar deliberately reported no transport
rather than enrol a handset that looked push-capable and never rang.

Firebase is that exchange, and it is now referenced and configured.

The binding is AdamE.Firebase.iOS.CloudMessaging, not the
Xamarin.Firebase.iOS.CloudMessaging every comment in this repo told you
to add. Microsoft archived those and the newest, 8.10.0.3, targets
net6.0-ios15.4 — it cannot restore against a net10.0-ios project at all,
so the written instructions were a dead end. Corrected where they
appeared.

  * Apple/FirebasePush.cs configures Firebase at launch, takes the APNs
    token from the app delegate, and answers the FCM registration token.
    A build with no GoogleService-Info.plist reports unavailable and the
    handset enrols poll-only, exactly as an Android build behaves with no
    google-services.json. It never throws: the plist is checked for
    rather than caught, because relying on an exception to discover a
    supported configuration is how a launch crash gets shipped.
  * Apple/HandAppDelegate.cs carries the registration callbacks for both
    heads. They are [Export]ed selectors rather than overrides —
    MauiUIApplicationDelegate derives from UIResponder and implements
    IUIApplicationDelegate, so there is no UIApplicationDelegate class
    member to override and the compiler says CS0115.
  * Token rotations are sent on immediately, mirroring the Android head's
    OnNewToken, with RestoreAsync at launch as the same backstop.
  * UIBackgroundModes gains remote-notification, which Reach's alert push
    needs: its aps carries content-available so iOS wakes a backgrounded
