feat: carry the intergroup service position in the directory (#16)

A first name and a home group do not tell you who the Secretary is,
and somebody writing to the Secretary is looking for a job rather than
a person. The position now travels beside the name, on the same terms
as the home group did: Member::getIntergroupPosition() gives an id,
resolved through a map built once rather than a findById() per member.

getLongName() is what Integrity already publishes for this field, and
matching it matters -- two things naming the same job differently is
how a member ends up looking for somebody who appears to hold two.

PositionRepository is feature-detected exactly as GroupRepository is.
Unity ships headless and need not have positions bound; absent, the
list is built without them rather than not at all.

Still no addresses. A Position carries an email of its own -- the
role's, not the member's, but an address all the same -- and the
directory hands out neither sort. There is a test for that.
