feat: evict the displaced session and address island_changed to the owning session

Pulse's cluster feed now names the session that owns an assignment and the one it displaced. The displaced participant is removed from its island room with its tokens revoked before the new session's token is minted; a not-found answer counts as absent. Behind ISLAND_CHANGED_SESSION_ADDRESSED the connection string is published on engine.peer.{wallet}.island_changed.{session}. The connect re-announce is skipped for a session other than the one Pulse last published. The peer.*.superseded subscription is dropped. The three new proto fields are decoded by a local codec until the @dcl/protocol pin carries them.
