feat: carry home group and GSR standing in the directory

A first name identifies nobody in an intergroup with several Daves. Hand
has always shown a home group beside its own member list for exactly that
reason; Link's list was the anonymous name alone, so picking the right
recipient was guesswork.

The directory now carries `group` and `gsr` beside the name. GSR is there
because it is the reason a member is most often written to, and it
travels as a bool rather than a label so the app decides how to say it.

**No contact details, and a test says so.** The class docblock's promise
is unchanged and `testStillNoAddressesTravelWithTheNewFields` asserts
that neither an email nor a mobile number appears in the encoded
directory for a member who has both on file. A home group is not a
contact detail.

The group titles are resolved from a map built once per request rather
than a findById() per member — that would be the N+1 that turns an
address book of a few hundred people into a few hundred queries on an
endpoint which returns all of them.

GroupRepository is feature-detected the way Promises detects Unity's
repositories, because Unity ships headless and a deployment need not have
groups bound. Absent, the list is built without home groups rather than
failing to build, and a member whose group has been deleted gets an empty
one — both ordinary states rather than errors.

Nothing changes about who is listed, and the README now says what was
already true: every authorised member appears whether or not they have
ever installed Link. MemberGate asks whether somebody *could* enrol, not
whether they have, so a message to someone without the app waits on the
server until they do.
