project: apply the prose rules to the remaining game modules

Rewrite the comments, docstrings, and Click help strings of the DDR S+,
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Monopoly 2008, BitRock, and Incoming modules to
satisfy .claude/rules/prose.md.

Cleared in this pass: the banned verbs (carry, contain, hold, keep, lay,
leave, answer, ask, reach, gate as a verb); the ", so" / ", which" /
", since" / ", because" comma splices; the "--" parenthetical dash; colon
elaborations; possessive padding ("of its own", "its own", "their own");
and the banned phrase "ground truth" (now "reference").

Nouns spelled like banned verbs are untouched (an "edge gate", a "build
stamp", a "self-contained unit"). The one user-facing change is the
thps2pc render message "The scene has no sectors."; its assertion in
tests/thps2pc/test_commands.py is updated in the same commit and still
fails if the message is wrong.
