project: clear the contractions, banned words, and trailing adverbs

Drop the four contractions in monopoly08.meshes and the banned idioms in
monopoly08.images, xg2.f3dex2, xg2.gltf, rbplus.commands.site, and
tests/monopoly08. Four sentences closing on a banned adverb are
restructured, in maxpayne.ldb2, rhythmin.sheet, sopranos.typing, and
tests/maxpayne.

Only comments, docstrings, and reported text are touched. No assertion
and no test data changed.
