tests: apply the prose rules to the remaining suites

Rewrite the comments and helper docstrings of the harmonix, marmalade,
jubeat plus, Monopoly 2008, Incoming, DDR S+, Tone Sphere, common, and
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 test suites, plus the shared root conftest, to
satisfy .claude/rules/prose.md.

Cleared: the banned verbs (carry, contain, hold, keep, lay, leave, name,
reach, say); the ", so" / ", which" / ", since" / ", because" comma
splices; possessive padding ("its own"); colon elaborations; and the
em-dash-as-parenthesis form. Two skipif reason strings were reworded to
drop ", so".

Only comments, helper docstrings, and two skip-reason strings changed.
No assertion, fixture body, parametrization, or test data string was
altered, and every suite passes unchanged (the bitrock CUDA/OpenCL
device tests remain environment-skipped as before).
