fix(filestore): tests carry real DTQL, not YAML-shaped prose (#317)

The filestore query round-trip tests saved and asserted
"select:\n  from: Invoice\n" as the .dtql body of a QueryTypeDTQL query.
That text is not DTQL. dalgo's dtql.Deserialize decodes with
yaml.Decoder.KnownFields(true) over a document struct whose only
top-level keys are from/columns/where/orderBy/limit/offset, so "select:"
fails with `field select not found in type dtql.document`. The tests
passed anyway because they only check that Text survives file storage,
which let invalid syntax sit in the repo as an apparent example of the
format.

Replace it with the minimal valid document "from:\n  name: Invoice\n" —
from.name is the sole required field — matching the demo project fixture
already asserted in entities_demo_fixture_test.go and the real
customer-invoices.query.dtql. Verified out of band that
dtql.Deserialize accepts the new text (SELECT * FROM [Invoice]) and
rejects the old one.

Same class of defect as datatug/datatug-core#316, which fixed it in
pkg/apicontract/fixtures/execution_request_adhoc.json.
