fix(apicontract): fixtures carry real DTQL; parse-check every fixture (#316)

execution_request_adhoc.json's dtql field held "select:\n  from: Customer\n",
which github.com/dal-go/dalgo/dtql.Deserialize rejects - it isn't DTQL, just
YAML-shaped prose (found by datatug-cli PR #217). Replace it with a real DTQL
document (Customer selection filtered by a Customer.ID-style param, matching
the demo project's entity/field naming) and populate parameters/bindingOrigins
to match, regenerated with json.MarshalIndent so the roundtrip/manifest tests
stay green. Update the same placeholder text in execution_request_test.go's
DTQL literals to a minimal valid document.

Add fixtures_dtql_test.go, which deserializes every fixture's "dtql" field
with dtql.Deserialize so a fixture can never carry non-DTQL again. It lives in
package fixtures rather than pkg/apicontract so dtql's dependency chain
(yaml.v3 + the dal query model) stays out of what a normal importer of
pkg/apicontract compiles.

Bump github.com/dal-go/dalgo v0.79.5 -> v0.80.0 (latest tag) and run go mod
tidy, which also drops two stale indirect deps (go-spew, go-difflib);
go mod tidy -diff is now clean.

Left ExecutionRequest.Validate() unchanged: the api-contract.md appendix
("Shared JSON types", "Endpoint table") defines dtql as a plain string and
never asks the wire-contract layer to parse it, and doing so here would force
the dtql/yaml.v3/dal dependency chain onto every consumer of pkg/apicontract,
including the datatug-apps client - not just the server that actually
executes DTQL.
