feat(model): Board carries parameters and requiredParams like ProjBoardBrief (#310)

Board previously carried no parameters, so a board.json with a
"parameters" field was silently dropped on a LoadBoard/SaveBoard round
trip. Add Parameters and RequiredParams fields mirroring
ProjBoardBrief field-for-field, validate Parameters the same way, and
add tests including a JSON round-trip proving the fields survive.

Founder ruling 2026-09-09: "1 - yes" — Board should carry parameters.
