fix(filestore): persist DB models, dual-layout boards/dbmodels, stop mutating the fixture sibling repo (#306)

- SaveProject now actually persists project.DbModels via the already-
  implemented, already-embedded SaveDbModels, replacing the
  "IS NOT IMPLEMENTED YET" no-op stub.
- fsBoardsStore and fsDbModelsStore gain the same dual-layout support S27
  gave entities: flat "<dir>/<id>.<suffix>.json" and nested per-item
  directories, nested winning on agreement and erroring on disagreement,
  new items defaulting to nested. Boards use a fixed nested filename
  ("board.json", matching datatug-demo-projects/demo-project-1/boards/
  board1/board.json); DB models use an id-prefixed nested filename
  (matching dbmodels/chinook/chinook.dbmodel.json), the same shape as
  entities.
- The demo-project fixture test no longer runs `git pull` against the
  sibling datatug-demo-projects checkout - a test must only read it, never
  mutate it. Kept the skip-when-absent behavior and extended the
  assertions to cover the demo's board1 board and chinook DB model.
