feat(semantic): pure column→entity-field resolver (declared mappings first, name patterns second) (#303)

- pkg/semantic.Resolve(entities, source, collection, columns) []Resolution:
  declared EntityField.Mappings win; absent one, EntityField.NamePatterns are
  tried (case-insensitive unless a pattern opts into CaseSensitive); no match
  means no entry, never a placeholder.
- Deterministic tie-break when more than one field could claim a column at
  the same provenance: lowest Entity.ID then EntityField.ID wins, noted in
  the winning Resolution's Rule.
- An invalid regexp (or unknown pattern type) yields a Resolution with Err
  set instead of panicking, but only when no declared mapping or other valid
  pattern already resolved the column.
- Package doc + README document the resolver's placement in datatug-core
  (not datatug-cli/pkg/semantic per the plan's task 5 sketch) and give one
  worked example.
