molly: add a flip_flop iterator

The patch adds a generator that takes two generators and emits an
operation from the first one, then from the second one,
alternating between them. The state of each generator is preserved
from turn to turn. The iterator stops as soon as any generator is
exhausted. Mirrors Jepsen's gen/flip-flop.
