make: clean artifacts automatically before running tests

Repeated make test runs could stall or produce misleading coverage
data when luacov.stats.out and history files were left behind by a
previous run, so a manual make clean was required before each test
run.

The test-tarantool and test-luajit targets now depend on `clean`,
which removes coverage and history artifacts (luacov.stats.out,
luacov.report.out, history.txt, history.json) automatically before
every run. Repeated make test is therefore idempotent.

The coverage target no longer depends on the luacov.stats.out file
target, which skipped rebuilding when a stale stats file existed.
Coverage now always reruns the tests and builds a fresh report.
