checks: add a checker for the `any` type

molly.client uses dev_checks('any', ...) for generated operations,
but molly.checks defined no checker for the 'any' type. With dev
checks enabled (DEV=ON) check_one() failed for every operation,
so client workers died on the first generated operation and no
operation was recorded in a history.

Define checkers.any to accept values of any type.
