fix: arrays decay to pointers wherever their value is used (#312)

C converts an array to a pointer to its first element in every value
context, and the compiler did it only where an operand's type was checked
against another one. Where a value is merely tested or forwarded, the
array itself was used:

    char b[8];
    if (b) ...        // took the else branch: compared the contents
    sizeof((0, a))    // 12, not 8
    sizeof(({ a; }))  // 12, not 8

Both halves are needed. Semantic analysis decays the value, and code
generation has to materialize the address the decay names, which the
controlling-expression sites were reading raw. Without the second half
the type is right and the temp is never filled.

The comma operator and the statement expression also inherited the
lvalue-ness of an operand, so `(y, x) = 5` and `({ y; x; }) = 5`
compiled. Neither is an lvalue in C.
