fix(concerto-cto): escape string defaults, decorator strings, and regex patterns (#1293)

* fix(concerto-cto): escape quotes and backslashes in string defaults

Printer emitted string and DateTime default values into a double-quoted
CTO literal without escaping, so a default containing a quote produced
output that the parser rejects.

* fix(concerto-cto): escape decorator strings and regex patterns too

Decorator string arguments used the same unescaped double-quoted
emission as defaults. Regex validators emitted the pattern between
slashes verbatim, so a pattern containing a forward slash or a line
terminator terminated the literal early. Patterns are normalized the
way JavaScript normalizes RegExp.prototype.source.
