* refactor(concerto-core): replace urijs and lorem-ipsum with local variants

Removes the urijs and lorem-ipsum runtime dependencies from concerto-core by
inlining the small used surface (resource-URI parsing and sample-string
generation). No public API or behavior change. Reduces browser bundle size and
supply-chain surface. randexp is retained for regex-based sample generation.

* fix(concerto-core): append period to generated sample sentences

Preserves visible word boundaries when getString concatenates multiple
generateSentence() outputs to satisfy a length constraint, matching the
previous lorem-ipsum sentence output. Addresses PR review feedback.
