Let publish_docs.sh print more than thirty paths

`git status --short | head -30` under `set -o pipefail`: head closes the pipe,
git status keeps writing, and the SIGPIPE fails the script with 141 - after the
rsync and before the commit. A publish is around 500 paths, so this failed every
time and left the site staged but uncommitted.

`sed -n '1,30p'` reads its input to the end, so there is nothing to signal.
