Pick the show nearest the recording, not the one sharing its date (#40)

isStaleTopicForShow builds the show start from the UTC calendar date of
the recording start. That is right while the two fall on the same day,
which covers every scheduled recording, since the window closes at
midnight UTC. It is wrong for a session that begins after it: a manual
recording started at 01:30 UTC on Sunday gets Sunday's 20:00 UTC show
start, eighteen hours in the future, so every topic set during Saturday's
show compares as older than the show and the first chapter is replaced
with the Вступление placeholder.

The recording now takes the nearest show start rather than whichever
shares its UTC date: a show start more than half a day ahead belongs to
the next show, so the previous evening's is used instead.

This matters for deployments west of UTC. The live recorder runs at
UTC-5, where a recording started after midnight UTC is still Saturday
evening locally, and the pre-existing local-date behaviour happened to
get that case right.
