Update libmustache with explicit lambda result support

Pin develop at c43ad03 and cover section source preservation and existing PHP callback behavior in compiled archives. The upstream adapter preserves PHP string-return semantics; exposing literal and template results through PHP remains a separate change.

Record the Linux build matrix, sanitizer, Valgrind, and benchmark results, along with the requirement to rebuild the library and extension together.
