Add configurable interpretation of lambda strings

Let callers opt into literal callback results while preserving HTML escaping and the existing template default. Capture the mode before PHP callbacks so configuration changes do not alter active renders.

Cover source, AST, and archive rendering, and reject incompatible libmustache headers during configuration. Refs #68.
