Add optional limits for partial-map preparation

Let applications cap partial counts and text bytes without imposing new default limits. Capture both settings per render so callbacks, nested calls, and suspended Fibers have independent allowances.

Document representation-specific text accounting and its memory-budget limitations, with coverage for source, AST, and optional archive preparation.
