Show the ElDoc templates for CREATE and DROP

Add `CREATE' and `DROP' statements with their `TABLE', `VIEW', `INDEX'
and `SEQUENCE' clauses.

A word can be both a statement and a clause keyword now, e.g. `DROP' in
`DROP TABLE' and in `ALTER TABLE ... DROP COLUMN', so prefer the clause
when the statement keyword is not found yet: the statement is searched in
the words before the clause, and the first word of the statement is
always the statement keyword.

Search the clause in the statement around the point, not in the whole
batch: `ejc-sql-separator' is `/' by default, hence a file of the usual
`;' separated statements is a single batch, and the words of the previous
statements got into the lookup.  The statements are separated the same
way as on the Clojure side: by the `DELIMITER' command value when the
batch starts with this command, by `;' otherwise; the connection having
its own `:separator' evaluates the whole batch as a single statement.

Skip the words of the comments and the string literals: neither
`-- create the orders table' nor `where name = 'order by x'' are the SQL
keywords.  Note that `syntax-ppss' moves the point, so it can not be
called right in the words search loop.
