Show the ElDoc templates for INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE and ALTER

Only `SELECT', `FROM' and `WHERE' were documented, and `WHERE' means
different things in a `SELECT' and in an `UPDATE' expression, so make
`ejc-sql-expressions' an alist of the statements, each holding a plist of
its own clauses.  Add `INSERT', `UPDATE', `DELETE' and `ALTER' statements
and complete the `SELECT' one with `JOIN', `ON', `GROUP BY', `HAVING' and
`ORDER BY' clauses.

Look up the clause by scanning the SQL expression backwards for the
nearest known clause keyword and then for the statement it belongs to,
instead of taking the word right before the point.  Hence the template is
shown for the whole clause body, not for the clause keyword only, the
subqueries and the `WITH ... SELECT' expressions are handled, and the
statements with no template, like `DROP TABLE', show nothing.

The keys are upcased before the lookup, otherwise the lowercase SQL got
no ElDoc at all, since `ejc-plist-get' compares the keys with `equal'.

Split `ejc-eldoc-function' into the stored procedure and the SQL
expression parts: the expression template was not shown inside the
parens, e.g. in `insert into table (#', because the stored procedure
branch returned nil for anything which is not a procedure.
