Clear the remaining compiler warnings

`-map' was called for effect twice, in `ejc--set-db' and in
`ejc-create-connection'.  Use `-each', which is meant for that and does
not build a list only to drop it.  The order the connection parameters are
consed in is unchanged.

`ejc-get-temp-editor-buffer' had its doc string after `interactive', where
it is a dead expression rather than documentation, so the command had none
at all.  Move it before.

Fix the doc strings the compiler complained about: two first lines longer
than 80 characters, and the bare single quotes around `Too many rows...',
which render as curved quotes.  That message also lost a space between the
two concatenated halves, reading "in caseof ResultSet".

Rename the unused `ignored' argument of `ejc-company-backend' to
`_ignored'; it only exists to match the company backend signature.

Both the byte and the native compiler are now silent on all files.
