Use `-zip-pair' instead of `-zip' in `ejc-eldoc-function'

`-zip' returns dotted pairs for two lists and proper lists for more, so
the `(cdr p)' that looks up the highlighted parameter index depends on the
number of arguments the call happens to have.  dash discourages that and
warns about it through a compiler macro, which rewrites the call to
`-zip-pair' anyway.

Spell out `-zip-pair', which is documented to keep returning pairs.  It
has been available since dash 2.12.1, below the 2.16.0 required here.
