fix(ci): build the Android artifacts with Firebase, so push works (#51)

Both Android builds now write Platforms/Android/google-services.json from a
GOOGLE_SERVICES_JSON secret. Without it the build succeeded in silence and
produced an APK that enrols poll-only: alerts arrive on the poll interval
while the app is running, and a phone with the app closed does not ring.
v1.17.1 shipped that way.

A secret rather than a variable, so the script never prints the file. It
validates instead — malformed JSON fails with a position and no quoted
document, and a config for the wrong package fails naming only the package
it wanted, because a wrong file builds something that looks healthy and
silently never receives a push.

Android only; iOS push is APNs through the notification service extension.
