Stop Endpoint::Options from appending to the caller's path Array

`Array(ary)` hands back the very Array it was given, so defaulting an
empty path by appending grew the Array the caller passed in — and raised
FrozenError on a frozen one:

    PATHS = []
    Class.new(Grape::API::Instance) { get(PATHS) { 'ok' } }.routes
    PATHS # => ["/"]

Build a new Array instead. Plain `Grape::API` happened to be shielded
because `replay_step_on` rebuilds the argument list before replaying a
step onto the instance, but that is an incidental copy, not a guard.
