refactor(root)!: name the shared tokens the way the rest of the family reads (#1176)

Four root-level names still spelled a slot differently from the family
around them: `--cui-btn-input-color` next to `--cui-btn-input-bg`,
`--cui-control-color` next to `--cui-control-bg`, `--cui-font-monospace`
next to `--cui-body-font-family`, and `--cui-highlight-*` for the `mark`
element. They become `--cui-btn-input-fg`, `--cui-control-fg`,
`--cui-font-mono` and `--cui-mark-color` / `--cui-mark-bg`; every reader
follows.

Two gaps close: `--cui-border-width-keyline` is a root token that
`.border-keyline` reads instead of a compiled `.5px`, and each button and
control size carries its own line height (`--cui-btn-input-{xs,sm,lg}-line-height`)
that the size classes hand to `--cui-btn-line-height` /
`--cui-control-line-height` and that the size's `min-height` is computed
from. `xs` gets `1.125`, so `.btn-xs` and `.form-control-xs` tighten; `sm`
and `lg` keep the body line height.

BREAKING CHANGE: the four renamed tokens; the migration guide lists them.
