feat(layout): z-index keys for the menu, drawer and dialog (#1156)

* feat(layout): z-index keys for the menu, drawer and dialog

$zindex-levels gains menu, drawer and dialog on the values of dropdown,
offcanvas and modal, so each new component reads its own --cui-z-* token
and has its own .z-* utility; the legacy keys stay and a pair always
resolves to one number.

* chore: raise the minified utilities ceiling by a quarter kilobyte

coreui-utilities.min.css sits exactly on 19.25 kB with the three z-index
utilities; 19.5 kB, size work comes at the end of v6.
