fix(theme): point the theme bg slot at the colour's -bg token (#1109)

.theme-* set --cui-theme-bg to the colour's base, skipping the -bg
slot that :root emits and the docs describe as the action background;
overriding --cui-danger-bg reached nothing under the class. The slot
reads --cui-danger-bg now, as upstream does. Because that token
resolves on :root, a --cui-danger override on a single element no
longer reaches its theme class - the migration guide says so.
