fix(Dropdown): give the list item a display so Safari drops the marker line (#1108)

Under list-style-type: "" Safari still reserves a line for the marker
of a display: list-item element whose child is a flex box holding an
svg - a .dropdown-item.d-flex with an icon grew by 24px. The list item
is display: block now, the same closure .menu got in #916 (flex there,
because its item is flex); the default block item is unaffected.
