fix(Calendar, TimePicker): contrast text on the selection, live range border token (#1104)

The selected calendar cell and the selected time-picker roll cell wrote
their text in --cui-white on a --cui-primary fill, so a light brand
colour lost the label; they read --cui-primary-contrast now, as every
other primary fill does (white with the default palette). The calendar
declared --cui-calendar-cell-range-hover-border-color but its seven
dashed range-hover borders read the selected background with a literal
1px; they read the token and --cui-border-width now, same rendering by
default.
