docs(Navbar): expand the examples at sm so they open inside the demo box (#1096)

Since #713 a navbar expands by its own width (container query), and
the docs content column is 756px wide, so every navbar-expand-lg
example on the page stayed collapsed at any viewport. The examples now
use navbar-expand-sm (and the matching mb-sm-0 / my-sm-0 utilities), and
the intro says why, pointing at the responsive-behaviors callout.
