fix(Navbar): give .navbar-nav every token the flex nav link reads (#1095)

.nav-link is a flex container (gap, align-items, justify-content from
--cui-nav-link-* tokens), but the .navbar-nav map declared seven of the
seventeen tokens it reads, and the navbar markup has never required .nav
on the list. Without .nav the reads were invalid, so links had no gap
and align-items: normal, which parked the dropdown caret at the top
edge. The map is now built on $nav-tokens and overrides only what the
navbar changes (gap, padding, colours, transparent hover/active
surfaces). The caret drops its inline margin in a nav link, as it
already does in a button, because the gap sets it apart.
