docs(forms): opt the validation examples into success styling (#1092)

The custom-styles and tooltips examples carry "Looks good!" feedback
under prefilled fields, but their forms had a bare data-coreui-validate,
under which :user-valid styling is off by design - the green message
could never appear. Both forms now set data-coreui-validate="valid",
and the intro says so. React and Vue already passed validate="valid".
