Route annex tables through getBadTables()

The annex path inlined its own copy of the body path's filter instead of calling
getBadTables(). The two were identical, so this is a pure de-duplication with no
behaviour change today -- but it means any future change to how a table candidate is
judged has to be made twice to cover the whole document, and it is easy to change one
and miss the other.

Mirrors how annex figures already delegate to getBadFigures(), including keeping the
annex-specific log line alongside the one the shared method emits.
