docs: sort the Forms and Components lists alphabetically (#1063)

The Date family and the Switch/Stepper pair were grouped by kind rather than
sorted, and Nav sat after Navbar (Tab after Table in the framework editions),
which left the reader guessing where to look for a component.

Forms keeps the entries that are not components where they belong: Overview
stays at the top, Layout and Validation at the bottom. Only Forms and Components
are sorted — the narrative sections (Getting started, Guides, Customize, Layout,
Content, Templates) read in their own order and keep it.
