docs: mark NEW only what v6 actually adds (#1062)

The badge had drifted into meaning "recently touched". Scrollspy carried it in
the React edition though the component is as old as the library — what was new
there was our port, not the component. Autocomplete, Rating, Stepper, Range
Slider, Chip, Chip Set, Chip Input, Search Button and Sidebar were in the same
position, while Menu, Dialog and Drawer — components that exist for the first
time in v6 — carried nothing.

The badge now says one thing: this component did not exist in v5. Derived by
checking every sidebar entry against the docs pages of the v5 line, so the
answer comes from the tree rather than from memory. Nav and Tab are the one
place that needs a human: v6 split the v5 navs-tabs page in two, and neither
half is a new component.

Badges also take one shape now — a lone badge as a mapping, NEW before PRO in a
pair with ms-1 on the second — instead of three shapes across the editions.
