fix(MultiSelect, Autocomplete, OTPInput, Sidebar): pre-alpha blockers from the JS audit (#1048)

- MultiSelect: activating an option in single mode without `search` no longer
  throws — the search field is cleared only when it exists.
- Combobox surfaces (MultiSelect, Autocomplete): disabled options get
  `tabindex="-1"` and a click, Enter or Space on them is ignored instead of
  activating the option.
- OTPInput: `required` on every slot mirrors the config value instead of being
  set unconditionally; deleting a digit updates the hidden input, fires `change`
  and recomputes the linear tab indexes.
- Sidebar: the delegated click handler targets only the `narrow` and
  `unfoldable` togglers, so other `data-coreui-toggle` elements inside the
  sidebar (tooltip/popover links, checkbox and radio togglers) keep their
  native default.
