* docs(progress): say what happens to a label longer than the bar

The bar is `overflow: hidden` with `white-space: nowrap`, so a label wider than
it is cut off with nothing on the page to explain it — a 162px label in a 50px
bar simply disappears past the edge.

* docs(progress): narrow the long-label bars so the clipping is visible

At 25% the bar and the label came out the same width in the docs column, so the
two examples looked identical — the point of the section was invisible. At 10%
the bar is 90px against a 132px label.
